The Usidistrib technology

With Usidistrib, you can control any web or PC application from any of your devices. To do so, Usidistrib uses a capture robot that interacts with the original application.

Your software

Usidistrib leaves your software unchanged: no major changes are needed and there is no need to build new applications.

Examples of information systems we have worked with: the official UCLouvain website, LiveScore.com – the most popular live-score website – and the website of the Caméo cinema in Tamines.

Capture robot

Usidistrib retrieves information through a capture robot, from your PC software as well as from your websites.

  • IBM i (AS/400) program: the robot emulates the interface using the coordinates of the graphical elements.
  • Windows software without sources: interface data is retrieved through Windows UI Automation.
  • Windows software with sources (WinForms or WPF): the software is extended when its interface is built.
  • Website: aggregation of content from several pages (libraries, lecture halls, directory… for LLN Campus; today's matches for LiveScore).
